This flour is prepared from stone milling the sound, hulled millet grains. Millet has a mildly sweet, nutty flavour, and is suitable for use in both sweet and savoury dishes.

Benefits:

  • Millet flour should be combined with xanthan gum or another binder for raised breads, cakes, and more.

Suggested use:
