Medicinal ingredients: Each tablespoon contains: Calcium (Aquamin™*) – 400 mg Magnesium (Aquamin™, citrate) – 200 mg; Potassium (citrate) – 15 mg; Boron (citrate) – 350 mcg; Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – 500 IU/12.5 mcg; Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) – 15 mcg

*Aquamin™ is a unique plant-source calcium and mineral complex derived from the Icelandic marine red-algae Lithothamnion calcareum.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Purified water, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, natural lemon-lime flavour and potassium sorbate.

Suggested use:
