Suggested use:
Adults and Adolescents 13 and up: Apply to affected area 3 to 4 times a day. Massage into skin until absorbed. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage or apply with external heat (such as a heating pad), as that may cause skin irritations or burns.
